According to your query , Chances is there to get but you can try lower rank accepted IITs like Probability cutoff changes every year and the candidates have a rank below 400 which has high chances for IIT but campus like delhi ,Bombay ,madras accept rank below

Hello Aspirant, the cutoffs change from year to year, the qualifying marks for chemistry in IIT-JAM is 27 marks. The closing rank would be around 320. The cutoff vary every year and depend upon many factors including difficulty level of question paper, number of applicants, etc.
