Generally there are weekend classes held in study centre of IGNOU, but due to covid there was disruption regarding this, and since things have improved comparatively, hence regarding the exact schedule of the classes, only coordinator of your study centre will be able to provide you relevant information, you can visit the official website to get the contact details, else if the situation is conducive enough you can visit the study centre in person to know the details, now coming to your books, it seems you have opted for printed materials, see it's tough to provide you the exact duration because in some cases candidates receive study materials quite early, but in other cases there is delay, and the pandemic is also a big factor in this, nevertheless there is egaynkosh in IGNOU which acts as a digital library, you can access the entire study materials of your course in digital format, since you haven't' mentioned the name of the course, I cannot help you out with exact link, but you can easily find your course study materials at https://egyankosh.ac.in/, make sure you commence your study with this resources, and don't wait out for printed materials, you are also required to submit your assignments prior to appearing for the exams which I believe you must be aware of, also go through previous year question papers at https://webservices.ignou.ac.in/Pre-Question/, this will help you alot in scoring good marks.

With 101021 , CRL Rank it would be difficult to get into Jamia Millia Delhi in Normal rounds. However you could get branches like Civil in spot rounds. Last year the closing rank was around 90,000 In Spot-round IV. So if cutoff remains bit low , you could get those seats.

If you belong to general category, then unfortunately you can't get cse at any of the above mentioned colleges.

Not only cse but also getting a seat is difficult too.

With your percentile you can try at some other  colleges like:-

• BIT meshra
• Lnmiit
• Thapar
• Pec
• Chandigarh university
• Bit Sindri etc.

But still getting cse is not that easy in these colleges as well.

In the statement which you mentioned above in the question, the concerned subject implies that if you are giving exam for BSc Hons Physics then you should have more than 50% marks only in Physics also apart from the aggregate.

If you are giving the entrance exam for BSc Hons Chemistry then you should have more than 50% marks in Chemistry only apart form the aggregate.
