To get table the opportunities of prime minister special scholarship scheme Candidate should be e from state of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh region , Kargil region and line of actual  control resident to encourage them  for higher  education AICTE All India Council of technical education provided this scholarship to the youth of that regions to encourage them for for the study after 12 and higher studies including bachelor degree in general arts commerce science BBA Bachelor of business administration technical courses including lateral entry of Technical Education candidates. Scholarship for technical education is 1.25 Lacs, for the study of MBBS BDS and medicine 2.50 lakh of rupees

You have got 91.4% marks in 12th but you have not mentioned from which state you are belong to. If you belongs to the Jammu Kashmir state Ladakh and resident of actual line of control and Kargil then you are eligible for applying prime Minister special scholarship scheme.

Well as far as the eligibility criteria is concerned for Masters in Public Administration program at Jamia Milia Islamia University, it is clearly mentioned in the prospectus 2020-2021 that the students graduated or graduating with B.Sc./B.A./B.Com./B.Ed. need to have atleast 50% marks in graduation in order to apply for the program.

It will open various of number of opportunities in IT industries and teaching field . I would suggest you to go for machine learning as it highly related with integral calculus and computer science . I hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that at your percentile you estimated rank would be around 225060 - 253000 . At this rank you hold very low chances of getting admission in Jamia university . I would like to suggest you to start preparing for next attempt and try to score rank below 30000 for getting some branch in cse of jamia university .Their is high muslim reservation in jamia, which a very high privilege to them,so i would suggest you to make some other backups too . As you have mentioned that you have scored 82 percentile in jee mains and considering that you are from obc category , still it is a  difficult to get into jmi because the cut offs are higher. The obc category cut off for the lowest branch as per previous year is 64k for civil branch. So you atleast need to get 95 percentile to get into jmi.
