You can get the CSE branch at any private college but you cannot get a good government college through jee mains examination. You should go for private colleges mentioned below :

Chitkara University

Chandigarh University

Lpu University

Amity University etc.

According to the last year ,,cutoff for Muslim caregory in MBBS stream is 440.Jamia Millia Islamia has a overall 50% of Muslim quota.It has 30% general Muslim quota, 10% Muslim obc quota and 10% Muslim women quota.

If you belongs to general or obc you have to full fill criteria of JEE mains. 

So, you are not eligible for the any btech colleges through josaa counseling.

Talking about jamia university then it is one of the top ranking university in terms of placements and exposure ratios. This college is A grade in all  aspects and you would get better exposure in NCR region. So, just go for it. Now talking about amity university then

There is no registration fee for taking part in josaa counselling.But after getting a seat if you want to accept the seat you have to pay seat acceptance fee and after getting admission through josaa conuselling your paid money will be considered as admission fee.
