No, you can't get admission in Jamia Milia Islamia by JEE mains score as this university has its own entrance test for the undergraduate and postgraduate course and if you didn't appear for the same you will not get any seat here.

The application forms were out for like more than a month on their official website. And the university stopped anymore registrations on the admissions portal on the 29th of April 2019 . So now you cannot apply for appearing for the entrance test conducted by the university for admissions

I am sorry to say but you won't have much chance to get a seat in JMI with 74 percentile in JEE Mains. The Average cutoff for Muslim OBC in JMI goes around 127 marks. You should look for other colleges to get admission.
