There is no MBBS Course offered in Jamia Millia Islamia, delhi but yes you can get BDS course there. 
The admission to BDS course is based on the NEET Scores itself and candidates need not to fill the application for of JMI rather during the Councelling process  you need

I think you are are mistaken. Jamia Millia Islamia does not offer MBBS course. They only provide Bds course.
