Hello aspirant,
I hope that you are doing absolutely great.
With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that there are no minimum cutoff ranks or percentile scores that will get you in top NITS or any other btech colleges. The reason is that the cutoff varies every year and is different for different category students. The cutoff depends on various factor like difficulty level of the paper, number of students appeared in the exam, previous year question paper etc.
However, looking at the previous year cutoff trends, for getting in to NITs, or any other good btech colleges you need to get a minimum rank of around 12k-25k and a percentile score of minimum 97 percentile in JEE mains to be on the safer side.
Further, if you wish to know about the JEE mains cutoff trends then you can follow the belwo link :

Also, check the college predictor tool to know more about the different colleges based on the rank and percentile score :

I hope that this will help.

Hello candidate
JMI stands for Jamia Millia Islamia. It is a national level institute which offers various degree programs under graduation and post graduation schemes. They offer courses ranging from arts to sciences.
The admissions to JMI B. Tech courses are offered for the various specializations based on the candidates' performance in the JEE Main examination. The authorities do not conduct a separate entrance examination for JMI B. Tech 2021 admission unlike other courses. For other courses, it admits students via it's own entrance exam. Any student who is eligible for sitting into the JEE Main examination can pass and then secure a seat in JMI. This year's JEE Main eligibility criteria is as follows:-
Any student who has passed the 12th class or its equivalent exam in the year 2020, 2021, or appearing in 2022 can apply for the entrance exam. Students can appear in the JEE Main exam for three consecutive years. The entrance test will be conducted four times a year.
However, since JMI is a prestigious college so the cutoffs are pretty high for securing a seat in it. Further it also has some seats reserved for the Muslim students along with the normal reservation policy making the admission process pretty difficult. However, meritorious students still find their way in this college.
Feel free to ask your queries and all the best for your endeavours.
Considering the cut off in 2020 you do not have chances to get seat in Jamia Milia Islamia, New Delhi in BDS. In 2020 a candidate with All India Rank 38653 belonging to OBC category secured in BDS in Jamia Milia Islamia, New Delhi. Your AIR is higher than the cut off. You need to secure a rank around 38000 you have decent chances of getting seat in the preferred institute.

Cut off changes every year depending on total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
Dear Candidate although you scored a good marks 536, if you aim to take admission in Jamia Millia for BDS seats then you might have to wait for the completion of counselling rounds but being OBC student you do have fair chances. But for government seats 536 might fall short for a good MBBS college. Use our NEET UG college predictor to predict the best colleges based on your merit rank
