Your percentile is not soo good, belonging to SC category doesn't help you because in JMI you are only eligible with general,muslim(st/obc) categories.So in my opinion you need to improve your percentile first and try to get ranked under 40,000.

Application form for JMI for 2019 admission is expected to be released from 2nd feb 2019 till 14th March 2019. And between the month of May and June they'll have exam for respective courses.
