I see you are looking for a bachelors degree in mass comm (journalism). There are not many government universities that offer UG degree in mass comm and journalism. Some of the government institutes and programmes are,
1. BA in Mass Media Hindia- Jamia Millia Islamia
2. BA (Hons.)
To get admission in BBA in JMI, you will have to crack its entrance test which will be held in the month of May-June. Also,the applicatioon window is not yet open.

For which course you are interested to apply based on your OBC category. The eligibility might vary course to course in Jamia. Otherwise Jamia does have reservation system.
