How much internal quota is given to Jamia school students in JEE Main for admission into JMI ?

Hello Aspirant,

To get admission in Jamia Milia Islamia you need to give jee mains and score a good percentile in order to get this good college.

Yes , 5% of the total seats in every branch is reserved through the internal quota who has passed from the JMI schools. You would get good benefit of this quota as the cut off for those candidates will get down by atleast 500-1000 rank in every branch. However the cut offs depends on certain factors such as number of candidates appearing in the examination, previous year cutoffs and number of seats available in the college.

Is Jamias school board as good as CBSE ?

Dear aspirant b!

Hope you are doing great ! Jamia's board prefer to go with ncert book and they have their own structure, management , curriculum etc ,it is not right thing to compare any two recognized board ,we can't suggest you a particular board,hence go with that board which fit you more than the other .it totally upto you !

Am I eligible to appear for JEE if I have completed 12th from Jamias school board and not CBSE ?

S. No.	Eligibility Criteria	Specifics
01	Candidate’s age	The upper limit for JEE Main is not specified. However, the lower limit of this entrance is that candidates must be old enough to have passed 10+2 or equivalent exams. Additionally, candidates appearing for their 10+2 exam 2021are also eligible to sit for this exam, irrespective of their age.
02	Qualifying exam for JEE Main	The applicants must have passed their 10+2 or equivalent examination on appearing for this entrance. Students who are appearing for their 10+2 exams may also apply for this test.
03	Mandatory subjects	Considering that this entrance exam helps students get into B. Tech/B.E or B. Arch courses, there are a few compulsory subjects that each candidate needs to have in their 10+2 exams. For B.Tech/B.E: Physics,Mathematics, Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical/vocational Subject/Language/Any other subject For B.
