Usually such mistakes are checked by invigilators while collecting the answer sheets. However, if they happen to miss it then now you could approach the invigilator of that examination or the teacher of that subject (assuming this is internal school class 11 examinations) and tell her about your mistake and the answer booklet without a serial number belongs to you.
