It means the standard you are in. Whether 12th passed student is giving the exam or the one already qualified. You can write 12th grade appearing if you haven't passed your 12th yet. Or 12th passed if you have cleared it.

According to prospectus of jimper pg
" ( No request for change in the details provided in the application will not be considered, after the submission the On-line application by clicking the “submit button”.
f. Incomplete application, application with false details will be rejected.) "
Usually after the application form accepting process the correction Window is provided in many exam applications. The jimper exam conducting authority have not mentioned the about correction window on their official website. However, You should either call on the helpline number or mail at the email id given mentioning your problem.

Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research has started the online registration for JIPMER PG 2020 and the application process will goes on till April 9.
After successful registration you will receive your user ID and password through e-mail you gave at time of registration. If you are unable to login using the login credentials than there might be some technical issue with website.

Under the Title or Prefix column, please mention Dr. And the rest, fill in the First name, Middle name and Last name. That should be fine. But if you do not have a Prefix or Title Column in the application form, you can start off with your name in the order of First name, Middle name and Last name. The prefix is not mandatory.
