There is no need to specify that. When you will be filling up the application form for JNUEE 2021, you will be asked to fill up your academic details of 10th , 12th or diploma (if any). There you need to select the board of education from where your completed 10th and 12th class and you can choose the ICSE board or so.

JNU doesnt offer BA Course in English. Hence, there is no way you appear for JNUEE for admission to BA English Course. You should rather look out for Other Top Central Universities like DU, JMI and many others including good Public and State Universities as well as Private Universities like Christ for BA English.
