The universities mentioned by you are very popular and good in terms of brand name, placements and in academic perspective.
But if I were to choose between these three I would recommend you to go for delhi university because for bsc and msc courses colleges like hansraj, hindu, Miranda house, lady sree ram , Ashoka are known for these courses. But if you are getting low colleges in du then i would say to go for iit bhu or jnu.

JNU (stands for jawahar lal Nehru University )is a public university. The fees of JNU for M.A. in Geography is approx 692 Rs for two years for general category. it's includes tuition fees , admission fees and registration fees for Two years.
