You can do this by taking up distance education as you need not to visit the campus and can continue the job. JNU does not offer distance education course. BA Hons in Korean is offered as a regular program in JNU. Further Jamia Milia Islamia do offers distance education but not in BA Hons in Korean. It offers distance education in BA(General), BBA, B.COM, BCIBF. General BA Hons in Korean is offered as a regular program and to attend it, you need to leave the job because then there could be attendance and can lead to repeating/expelling from the college.

As per the eligibility criteria laid out by Jawaharlal Nehru University, it states that candidates who have pursued graduation in any discipline from a recognized university securing 50% aggregate from a recognized university along with this you just need to possess an adequate proficiency in the language since the admission is done through entrance test and unless you have the required proficiency you won't be able to clear the exam.

The regular BA Courses offered is BA in Journalism and Mass Communication and Different Combinations. The BA(General) program is also offered regularly but by its constituent college.

Ofcourse you can pursue MA from JNU even if you've done BA back in 2017. The eligibility criteria for MA is completing graduation in any stream, educational qualification on 10+2+3 basis.
The syllabus for MA entrance varies from course to course. If you want to pursue MA in geography only, then the topics to be covered are Geomorphology, climatology, oceanography and biogeography, Human geography , economic geography, political geography, Population geography, human ecology and human settlements.

Yes you can get admission in JNU after passing 12th. JNU is Jawaharlal Nehru University and it's a government university.
