The JNUEE and JNU CEEB are both conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru University.
JNUEE ( Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Examination ) is conducted annually for admission to various UG and PG courses in Arts, Science and Social Science course.
JNU CEEB ( Jawaharlal Nehru University Combined Entrance Examination for Biotechnology ) exam is conducted for admission to PG courses in Biotechnology including M.Sc. Biotechnology, M.Sc. Agri Biotechnology, and M.Tech. Biotechnology.

Both DU and JNU are great universities with ample of oportunities served. Both the universities offer these two courses.
But I would like to suggest you that for undergraduate courses you must give preference to Delhi Unversity and for your master's you must go for JNU.
As DU has prime focus on its undergraduate courses, therefore for these two courses that you mentioned i.e. Economics honours and BSc. maths honours, Delhi Unversity is a better option.

Hi,Yes you can pursue iit jam chemistry. And give other entrance exams for M.Sc chemistry also.
IIT jam is conducted for admissions to M.Sc. (Four Semesters), Joint M.Sc.-Ph.D., M.Sc.-Ph.D. Dual Degree, etc. Programmes at the IITs and Integrated Ph.D. Degree Programmes at IISc. The eligibility to apply for jam exam is 55%, or 5.55 out of 10 aggregate marks in their qualifying degree.
For iit jam chemistry a candidate need to possess Chemistry as a subject for three years/six semesters.
Similarly a candidate with chemistry as subject of study in bsc can apply for jnu and bhu msc entrance exam.

Scholarship is available in 3 levels. They are institute level, State level and central level. You can apply when opening has started and get scholarship based on your qualification and merit.
Different scholarship scheme has different eligibility criteria so look and check accordingly and fill the form.

JNU does not offer any B.Sc courses till now.Only language courses are offered for undergraduate students. JNU offers B.A in foreign languages like French ,German,Arabic,Russian,Persian ,Chinese, Japanese,Korean,Spanish,Pashto.
JNU also offers a five year dual degree program (B.Tech + M.Tech/MS ) in Computer Science Engineering and Electronics and Communications.The students will be admitted on the basis of their ranking in JEE Mains.
