Yes, you can apply for both all India and state quota counselling as both are conducted at different times. However, if you have already accepted a seat under any counselling you will not get a reimbursement for the money which you have already paid towards the pg seat.

As per the reviews,the basic parameters on which you are judging the college,the lmn institute of technology offers b.tech courses,the placement of the college is quite good the maximum package that a student got is around 40lpa, and the average fee is around 10 lpa; the major companies that come in campus are adobe, amazon,Microsoft, samsung and google.
It is a private institution, and the admission is done on the basis on merit.

JAYPEE Business school is far more better than APEEJAY. Basically all the infrastructure and course curriculum is most better than apeejay. Course fee also very friendly towards the students.
In case of placement both are same but if you want to do a better experience in your campus life the yes you can sure about JAYPEE.
