First on the basis of your class 12th marks you can get cse branch in jiit noida also regarding your question on scholarships so there are two scholarships provided by jiit one to top 1000 rankers of jee and other to all students whose parental income is less than 1.5
It totally depends on your interest & capability. If your target is only to get a decent college for Medical programme & you believe on your self that you can do better next time to scre well in the exam then you can go for it as with this score
