according to the information brochure released by IIT Roorkee-
As per the official notification released by JEE Advanced, a total number of 1,61,319 candidates appeared in both papers 1 and 2 in JEE (Advanced) 2019. A total of 38705 candidates have qualified JEE (Advanced) 2019

Unfortunately, you will not be eligible for JEE-Advance 2021 if you have passed your class 12th in 2019 because as per the latest eligibility criteria of JEE-Advance you can attempt JEE-Advance for only two consecutive attempt in two consecutive years after passing class 12th. So as you have passed your class 12th in 2019 so you could have appeared for JEE-Advance 2019 and 2020 only. If you have not appeared either in JEE-Advance 2019 or in 2020 then also you cannot be eligible for JEE-Advance 2021.

As every year this Marks vs rank is different because it depends upon the level of exam and students and their preparation. It is not possible to provide each and every rank here I am providing you the range in thousands for year 2019:

1-1000 ----- 346-206

3000-4000 ------- 173-164
4000-5000 ------ 164-156
5000-6000 ------ 156-150
6000-7000 ------ 150-144
This is not exact values but it is nearly exact values.
Do not think that it will be same in this year also , it will depend upon the difficulty level of exam.
