Under the list provided by center, for the state of Andhra Pradesh, your caste will be an OBC under entry 32. However, if the income of your family is less than INR 8 Lakhs per annum, then you will come under non - creamy layer. If it is more than 8 lakhs, you are considered under creamy layer.

No, if you wish to give jee advanced then you need to clear the cut off for jee mains to get qualified for jee advanced and in addition to that there is no connection with wbjee whether you pass or fail.
In addition to this in jee advanced you need to acquire a minimum cut off in each of the three papers so that you are eligible to get into IITs. However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

No you cannot apply for JEE-Advance 2022 because you already appeared for maximum number of attempts of JEE-Advance. See for JEE-Advance any candidate is allowed to appear for maximum of two consecutive years that include your passing year of class 12th as well.

JEE Advanced this year was on the 3rd of October, with Results scheduled to be declared on the 15th of October. Hence there is no JEE Exam on the 18th of October.

On the day of JEE ADVANCE exam you need to enter the examination hall before 7:30 A.M. Although it is always recommend to reach atleast 30 minutes prior, to avoid any kind of unfavorable changes.
And candidates need to take their seat in their respective exam hall for Paper 1 by 7:45 A.M. and for Paper 2 by 12:45 P.M. after biometric registration/ verification process.

Fees can also be carried forward to another Session of JEE (Main) 2021, provided the request is made during the period when the Application window of the session from which the withdrawal is requested is open. No fee will be refunded if the request is received during any other time .

As per your JEE mains results I think that you will score better in JEE Advanced also. You are also eligible to take admission in top NITs. If you have a valid category certificate dated on or before April 2021. Then you can directly upload the certificate during JEE advanced registration for which the last date is today before midnight.
