Hello Karthik,
As per my opinion, your question should be about the minimum qualifying marks required for JEE-MAIN in 2021. Because there can't be any boundary level for maximum marks in any examination, it's only dependent on your skill, practice level, perception and knowledge.
However regarding your query, at first I want to refer you to check the cut-off marks of recent and previous years which is accurately available in the following link:
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff
So after analysing these cut-off details prominently, it can be estimated that since you're a general category student, you have to manage almost 75-80 marks out of 300 next year to definitely become qualified for the JEE Advanced round.
So now start intense hard-working and try to be self-sufficient and well-equipped for your own betterment in the upcoming JEE-MAIN exam 2021.
Wish you all the best.

Thank you !
IIT Roorkee and IIT Kharagpur are the only IITs that offer B.Arch courses.
There is a separate exam for getting admission here. you need to give the JEE Advanced AAT or IITJEE-AAT .
Candidates who wish to give this exams must qualify the JEE Advanced first then only for a day the IITJEE-AAT registrations are kept open . Register and give the exams and then on the basis of All India Rank you will be called for admission.
So you need to give JEE Mains - paper 2 then JEE Advanced and then IITJEE - AAT
Thank you
Hey there!
I understand why you would have this question, a lot of us think the exact same thing. The thing is the Indian education system is more focused in theoretical knowledge and grades so to say. It looks like it's changing slowly but till then we'll have to make do with what we have.
