You should wait for the results. As you said you have applied for mains exams so you should do graduation through some engineering college rather than doing bsc. Better option is to wait till the results or take admission through jee mains score. If you want to change your college,

1. Seat acceptance fee in JOSAA Counselling -

There is no fee for participating in the JOSAA counselling. But you have to pay Rs.15,000 for accepting the seat if you get one during the counselling. The fee can be paid either through e-challan or through SBI net banking.
