Now come to your question you can easily get into NIT but not CSE. You can get the lower branches at NIT whose rank is after 10 .

According to the NIT Surathkal to get admission in Computer Science branch eligibility criteria minimum 75% is required. so I think It's not possible to get admission in computer science branch NIT Surathkal. You can try to admit another branch or try another institution.
