Actually without clearing JEE ADV admission in IITs is not possible. In that case with your rank you have the chances in NITs but not in top ones. As you are from reserved category candidate then you have chances for lower NITs. So go for the counselling because if

With 57 percentile, your expected obc category rank will be in the range 1,65,000-1,70,000. Unfortunately with this score it is unlikely for you to get any good government college even in your home state.
