Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, you should not think about marks or rank that one should have you should try to focus on scoring more and more as there is no such type of fixed pattern or fixed difficulty level as

For OBC Rank 1000 in JEE Mains, you should target minimum CRL 10000. For this you need to secure atleast 60% of the Total score, considering the current level of competition and moderate to tough difficulty.
Hence, your Score Target must be atleast, 60% which means roughly 180/30.
The opportunity to apply for JEE main 2021 February, March and April session has already passed but you can apply for jee main May suggestion 2021 once the application Window gets opened again but yes even if you don't it appear in jee main 2021 you are still eligible

If you score 99 percentile in JEE Main then your general rank or say All India Rank will be somewhere between 10230 - 11500.

The overall rank with the given percentile score is expected to be in between 3560 - 4002 . The admission in to IIIT, Bangalore is based on All India Rank in JEE Main. In 2020 the cut off rank to get admission in Integrated M.Tech in CSE was 7300
See no one except the God can only give you the assurance of 95 percentile in 1 month. But if you do the course by career360 then you will surely get benefitted in your preparation and the ranks will increase to a better than usual.

81 percentile would fetch you a rank around 194370-218500.As of now its tough to say because the analysis and also cutoffs change every year due to many factors like total students appearing for exam,difficulty level of paper etc considering you from gen category,with your percentile ,you have few chances
