As you have got 45 marks in mht Cet for Law and got 45 percentage of marks in HSC then there is no chance to get a government law college admission for BA LLB courses.as getting admission in ba LLB in government colleges HSC marks needs at least

For admission to Government Medical College under 15% All India Quota, you must score marks more than 550 in NEET exam. For admission under 85% state quota, cutoff varies from college to college.
