Whether you will qualify for second level will depend on the cutoff marks for your state which in turn will depend on how your fellow competitors performed in the exam. Meanwhile to get an idea , you can check the previous year cutoffs , they vary a lot

As there is no fixed sectional distribution in SAT i can't say exact marks.
For reasoning test it is 400-1600 marks.
For subject test it is 200-800 marks.

The qualifying cut off of NTSE 2019 is 32% for SC/ST category students separately in MAT and SAT papers. Your score seems fair enough to qualify the first stage of NTSE 2019 but getting selected for the second stage of NTSE 2019 depends totally on the NTSE Bihar cut
