As per previous year's cutoff and your JEE Main paper 2 rank in OBC category you'll be eligible for some top colleges. I'll recommend you to definitely apply for your home state NIT because you'll have a higher chance of getting admission there since the cutoff is lower

Considering 2019 cut off it is difficult to get  seat in NITs in B.Arch. Based on previous year cut off in round 7 you may have chances of getting seat in Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur in B.Arch the cut off for EWS category was 2689.
