If we assume that the rank equivalent to 85 percentile is around 30,000 (ranks shall be declared along with JEE Main April results) there is near to no chance to get admission in B.Arch course of any NIT. Yes, there are negative marking for JEE Advanced. Negative marks will be awarded for incorrect answers of some of the questions. Details of the marking scheme will be provided in the “Instructions to Candidates” section at the time of examination. All the best.

Dear Aspirant, the revised eligibility criteria for B Arch is that no candidate shall be admitted to architecture courses unless he/she has passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject.

There is only two IITs I.e., IIT Roorkee and IIT kharagpur which is offering B.Arch programme .
If if you want to get admission in IITs for B.Arch programme, you need to appear in JEE Main paper I , after you get qualified in JEE main paper I
