As you have not mentioned your rank and category i would not be able to tell you exactly which college you will have chances of getting under JoSAA counselling. but because you have qualified for JEE Paper 2 you can look for admissions under JoSAA and colleges who take the same score. you will not be able to apply in colleges that take NATA score.

Chameli devi institute of management is a wonderful institution providing rating of 4.2/5 and has some really great positive reviews.
They have excellent placement opportunities for students, almost 80% students got placed recently out of which highest salary offered to a student was 10 lakhs per annum and on average students get placed with a salary of 5-6 lakhs per annum.
Companies like Ashok Leyland, Tata, Etc take part in the placement Cell of the institution.
Indore Institute of management has a wonderful rating of 4.5/5 and has some great positive reviews as well.
They have placement opportunities for their students, evenly 50-60% of students got placed in the placement cell and highest salary offered to a student was 10 lakhs per annum and on average students get placed with a salary package of 2.5 lakhs per annum.
Companies like BYJUS, ICICI, Airtel, etc take part in the placement cell.
Therefore, both these colleges have wonderful educational and other facilities but when it comes to placement Chameli Devi institute of management has a greater aspect & is slightly better.

Hello Sir, First of all congratulate your son for getting a great percentile. If you are proud of him then all you need to do is support him in thick and thin.
And answering to your questions, recent update says, that JMI could be good fit if you are looking for admission in Delhi itself. If you don't want in Delhi, then there are many colleges near Delhi, that will give your sone a good opportunity to shine by doing Bachelors in Architecture. Other than that, there is SPA Delhi, but it has a (general category) cutoff rank in Architecture of 230.

Hi, since you daughter have scored 28.01678 percentile in her JEE mains exam so let me tell you that it is clear that it is not possible to get into any government college but at this rank also with girls. Quota and OBC category you may can enroll your daughter in any good private B.Arch college and probability is also good that your daughter may get admission in any good colleges.

As you have obtained 16k crl rank let me tell you that it's a good rank and considering that you belong to obc category you are quite eligible for getting into nits like Jamshedpur, durgapur, Silchar, allahabad rourkela, Calicut and other parallel ones.
However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
