JEE Main Paper 2
Hello Sir, First of all congratulate your son for getting a great percentile. If you are proud of him then all you need to do is support him in thick and thin.
And answering to your questions, recent update says, that JMI could be good fit if you are looking for admission in Delhi itself. If you don't want in Delhi, then there are many colleges near Delhi, that will give your sone a good opportunity to shine by doing Bachelors in Architecture. Other than that, there is SPA Delhi, but it has a (general category) cutoff rank in Architecture of 230.
Again, all the best to your son.
Greetings sir. You mentioned your daughter has secured 28 percentile in JEE Main Paper 2 2021 and her OBC-NCL Rank is 14692. Well, I have listed the JEE-Main Paper 2 2021 cutoffs required to be marked as qualified below:
All I can say is that your daughter's performance is not up to the mark to be marked as qualified in JEE Main Paper 2 2021. So, it is less likely for her to get admission to B.Arch or B.Plan at any institutes in India.

Hi,
The seat allotment of B.Arch courses depends on factors like:

Dear aspirant,
As you have obtained 16k crl rank let me tell you that it's a good rank and considering that you belong to obc category you are quite eligible for getting into nits like Jamshedpur, durgapur, Silchar, allahabad rourkela, Calicut and other parallel ones.
However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
