MOst US business schools accept GMAT score. Some also accept GRE 2018 scores. Another mandatory requirement is an English proficiency test score. Not all business schools accept all English proficiency test scores. You are required to check the website for the prescribed test ie.IELTS or TOEFL
There is no such strata on which you can conclude about which country is better and which isn't. All you need to decide is which instituion can be more suitable to you.
