Admissions to any universities or colleges are given based on your rank. Based on your overall percentile your rank could be between 521730 - 586500 approximately. As you mentioned you come from SC category, it would be little difficult for you to get into NIT's and IIT's.

Hope you are doing well but eligibility criteria for JEE advanced examination is bit different as you think.

Some of them are listed here:

• Students can attempt JEE advanced examination only two consecutive year including from the year he/she have passed class 12th for example if you have passed class 12 in year 2022 then you will be able to attempt to JEE Advance Exam in year 2022 and 2023 only.
• Candidates should be among top 2,50,000 successful candidates B.E/B.tech paper of JEE main exam in that year in which he or she want to appear for JEE advanced examination.
• As you asked, You must appear in JEE main exam for able to appear in JEE advance examination.
• You cannot give JEE Advance examination on the basis of previous year JEE main result.
