You haven't mentioned you're enquiring regarding which college, usually the fee structure for BEd is less in case of government colleges comparatively to private colleges, it can be as low as Rs 6000 or it can go beyond lakhs especially private ones charge more, you can visit the official website of the concerned college as well to know about its fee structure, usually all the relevant details related to admission process are updated there only.

Textile design is essentially the process of creating designs for woven, knitted or printed fabrics or surface ornamented fabrics. Textile designers are involved with the production of these designs, which are used, sometimes repetitively, in clothing and interior decor items. Graduates of a degree program in textile design can go on to create textiles in a variety of industries and at a variety of career levels. Jewelry designers work with precious metals, diamonds, beads and gemstones to create wearable pieces of art. A jewelry designer may create one-of-a-kind pieces for high-end jewelers or an entire line for a mass-market fashion designer. They may also sell their jewelry themselves. Designers can create jewelry entirely by hand or they can begin the design process by using computer-aided design (CAD) software. The duration of a graduation in Jewellery design is approx 3 years though some colleges also have 4 yrs specialization programs.
