According to me, As long as a person is free of any handicap, ailment, or condition, he or she will be accepted into MBBS (physical or mental). Medical Certificate from any licensed MBBS doctor is allowed.
Simply go to any government hospital and submit an application for a Medical Fitness Certificate to the Superintendent or similar official. They'll look at your weight, blood type, vision, and overall job abilities.
The following is an example of a medical certificate format.

Hope you are doing well.
To enroll, you must have received a minimum of 35 percent on your 10th grade examination.
You can also apply if you are taking the 10th grade.
To be admitted to Government Polytechnic Dhanbad's Electrical branch, you must achieve a score of 80 or higher in the examination. The exam consists of 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), with 1 mark given for correct answers and 0.25 deducted for incorrect answers.
Other polytechnic need lower marks as compared to Govt.Polytechnic Dhanbad.

There were total 3 government medical College which have been allocated through jharkhand State counselling previous year i.e, neet2020
So cut off for all this three medical College in general category is given below
RIMS RANCHI - 617 MARKS
MGM-MC, JAMSHEDPUR- 604 MARKS
shahid Mahato mc, dhanbad - 602 marks.
so if you are planning to get govt mbbs seat in Jharkhand state you aim for scoring 600-620 marks for safe chances.

The admission in D.Pharma colleges bis based on performance in the +2 board examination. Admission Process is based on the candidate's performance in a relevant entrance exam or merit obtained in the last qualifying exam.
