Im getting 324 marks will i get any BAMS college in J&K (RBA category) palese do reply

ADRIKA mONDAL 21st Jan, 2022

Hi,

According to the reports it could be predicted that  NEET 2020 the cutoff for MBBS for RBA category boys was 506 and for girls it was 421 . Now this year it can vary from 535-540  for boys and 450-460 for girls because reservation criteria for this year has changed. previously there was 20% reservation for RBA category, now According to new reservation policy there will be 10% reservation for RBA category students, so cutoff might increase this year. So with your marks of 324 in NEET the chances of getting a seat in government medical colleges for BAMS may be difficult. However you may try for private medical colleges in Jammu and Kashmir for BAMS which might be quite possible enough. Hoping for the best. For more information refer to

hey there,

hope you are doing good. first of all would want to say that you have scored quite well but you should have done better though. since you have the reservations you can still get some good colleges for yourself. and moreover you are from j&k that is another concessional criteria which many colleges provide, so keeping all these in mind I can assure you that your chances of getting good colleges are quite high if you do your choice filling carefully. Above i have provided a link which would help you to sketch an approx. idea of which college you might get according to your rank.

All the best for future.

what are the chances of getting mbbs/bds seat with score of 371 in j&k under female quota/general category

Kashish Saxena 19th Oct, 2021

Hello aspirant,

According to previous year cutoffs trend and analysing your score in your category there are chances for you to get seat for BDS in Institute of Dental Science, Sehora, Jammu. But probability for MBBS seat in Jammu and Kashmir at your score is low.

Institute of Dental Science, Sehora is private institute with 100 BDS seats. But remember that cutoffs changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling, difficulty level of exam and more.

320 marks in neet 2021 st category j&k. is there any chance of getting admission in govt college in j&k in mbbs or bams

Priya Patel 14th Oct, 2021

Hello

See as per your Marks-320, it is quite difficult to get a Government Medical Seat even if you have a state quota and another quota. You should have maintained a score above 380 to be on the safer side.

At this stage, I will suggest you must use this link to get a fair idea about the colleges both Private and Government you can get as per the score you have received and then plan accordingly.

If we go through last year 100% state cut-offs for Jammu & Kashmir, then your daughter may have chances for government medical college baramula and doda as 400 and 401 marks secured seat in these colleges respectively under state quota belonging to sc categoy, other than this there are good chances for government dental colleges as well such as government dental college and hospital, srinagar and indira gandhi government dental college and hospital jammu. however this is completely based on previous year data and cut-offs are subjected to alter every year based on various factors such as

  • seat matrix
  • total number of candidates appearing for the exam
  • top neet scores

I have choosen general category in neet application form as there is no option for rba which is only for j&k students, so can i change it to rba at the time of counselling

pushpachoudhary7413 9th Sep, 2021
Hello aspirant
Hope you are doing

RBA is a sub division of general category in J & k and you can avail its benefits only there as NEET doesn't recognise it thats why you didn't find any option.

You can surely use it during counselling by letting the authorities know that you belong from RBA category and if they'll have reservation seats for you .. you'll surely get the benefits.

You should mention your category as RBA during counseling to avail the benefits and also produce the certificate prior to avoid any hassle

Also NEET is going to be held very soon so here's a link you can use to do some practice
