Admissions to regular B.Tech programmes are made based on the rank secured in Engineering, Agriculture & Medicine common entrance test (EAMCET) conducted by Telengana State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad. 

Also, other state candidate are not eligible for EAMCET entrance -

If you belong to BC-C,BC-D and BC-E you may have chance of getting chemical engineering only.Else you may not get seat there.

Gadugu Pavani according to last year TSEAMCET exam cut-off with 33,018 rank in the girls SC category you can only get Metallurgical Engineering branch in  Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University college of engineering, Hyderabad. Other branches of cut-offs are much higher than your rank.
