The cutoff varies every year depending on the various factors like No. of candidates appeared for the exam, Difficulty level of the exam, No. of seats availability etc. So it would be tough to tell you the exact but as per the previous year cutoff if your score is below 10,000 then except CSE you can have the chance for the other branches. Are you asking for JUNTUH? If yes then It doesn't take admission through JEE Main, JNTUH Hyderabad takes admission through TS EAMCET.

In order to appear for the exam you should belong to the state of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh and should satisfy local/ non-local status requirements.
