Hi Harshitha

Hope you are doing well.

For IIT JAM, the minimum eligibility is that the student should have passed qualifying degree with a minimum aggregate of 55%. For different courses the essential subject at 10+2 level varies. For Msc. Biotechnology the essential subjects at 10+2 level is biology so you will be eligible for that.

For GAT-B

Candidates should have passed bachelor's degree in the respective field from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 55%.
