As per your query , I would glad to inform you that   in my opnion if you are getting decent college for B.E then go only for B.E as their are only very different subjects in BE as compared to BTECH . I always say go college over anything as last placement matters only on your skills if you are colleges is inviting big companies

But being doctor is not just a profession but also an responsibility of service of saving life, So whenever duty calls, they need to attend the patient immediately.
