Admission depends on which state you belong to, with this rank if you belong to another state it is difficult to get admission, however, if you belong to the same state you can get admission, but the available branches would be limited.

As JNU is UGC APPROVED UNIVERSITY so all courses offered by JNU are valid for government jobs as well as higher degrees. hope this helps.
