                   IIT Delhi has not their Msc program that you can get their by JAM, so their I'm shareing cutoffs for IIT ROORKEE.

I am sorry to say you that Central University only takes admission on basics of CUCET. So if you want to take admission in Central University then you need to apply to CUCET. Applications for CUCET are available till 13 April in an online mood.
