Marks vs rank is not out yet generally. Last year NIT Rourkela's cut off marks for the last round of counseling (round 3)  are as follows: 

1.  OBN - 25.67

2. OCN - 31.00

3. SCN - 15.33

4. STN - 12.33

as oer the last years cutoff marks for MSC CHEMISTRY In NIT ROURKELA, the closing score after round 3 is 54.67

basing on that it might be difficult for you to get a seat there,but it is just an analysis trend but not final.

You are not eligible for taking admission in NIT  because Candidates should have secured a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) from general category.

hello aspirant,
sorry to say, you are not eligible for admission in to NIT'S or IIT'S, since these are the prestigious institutes which need a highly brilliant score above 85 percentage ,so you are not meeting the requirements of the institutes.

Hello Aspirant,

It is difficult to get an IIT if you are a General candidate but there is a small chance to get new IIT, you can try NIT. NIT Tiruchirapalli is good for physics.

If you belong to OBC category then you will get new IITs because this year
