For admission in M.Sc. in Any IIT, your rank must be below 450. With this rank, you can't get into IITs as per previous year closing rank, 431 was closing rank for IIT Bhuvaneshwar that too for Atmosphere and ocean science stream. For admission in M.Sc. Physics ,

You have a decent score and there are chances that you may get some good college. Though I cannot say anything about IITs, based on the previous years cut off. Do not lose hope and remain patient until the exact cut off's are released.
