You can get NIT Rourkela for M.Sc. in Chemistry with this rank. Previous Cutoff for NIT Rourkela was 49.35 Marks in First round of CCMN Counselling. In Round 3, It was 45 Marks. So you can get NIT Rourkela easily.

To get in admission in IIT Roorkee in M.Sc. Mathematics your score must be above 55 so that your rank must lie above AIR 150 in open category. In this way you can secure a seat in IIT Roorkee. Atleast score 50+ marks for IITs.
It varies year to year. Also it depends on number of candidates opting for IISER as their first choice.
Indian Institute of Technology Bombay will be publishing JAM 2018 answer key and response sheet in the last week of February 2018 but as of now the exact dates are not released.

Previous Year cutoff for NIT Rourkela in OBC Category for M.Sc.in Physics was 21.03 Marks and For NIT WARANGAL , it was 18.02 marks.
