If you belong to General Category, then it is very difficult to get admission in IISc Banglore because Previous year closing rank was AIR 5. but if you belong to other category you can get in easily.
You can visit https://goo.gl/1NWkif to download the Previous year's question papers of the last 10 years. Practicing previous years question papers is the best way to prepare. Stick to this and definitely, you will succeed one day.
Assuming asking for IIT JAM seats. There are around 1800 seats for the admission to various post graduate (PG) science programmes including integrated Ph.D, M.Sc, joint M.Sc-Ph.D, M.Sc-Ph.D dual degree, M.Sc-M.Tech, M.Sc-M.S (Research), Ph.D dual degree and other post bachelor degree programmes.

previous year , Closing rank for M.Sc. in IIT Delhi was AIR 92 in General Category, AIR 298 in case of OBC Category. So if you belong to OBC Category, then there are high possibilities that you can get admission in M.Sc. in Chemistry from IIT Delhi.
