As IIT's doesn't provide M. Sc. in zoology you can choose courses like Bio-technology, Biological Sciences, etc.

The eligibility criteria based on marks is :- 1.For the General/OBC (NCL) category, the minimum marks will be 55% marks or 5.5 out of 10 aggregate in languages and subsidiaries of all the years combined. 2.Candidates belonging to the SC/ST and PwD categories must have secured 50% or 5.0 out of 10 aggregate.

As long as you have cleared the supply and meet the eligibility requirements you should be eligible for JAM 2022.

The language of IIT JAM examination is English and will always be. If you want a question paper in English and Hindi both then you have to look for BHU-PET (Post Graduate Eligibility Test of Banaras Hindu University).
You can choose one or two subjects for IIT JAM examination, but the subjects you choose must not be in the same session. The exam will be conducted in two sessions. So, you have to select the subjects according to the two sessions.

IIT JAM Eligibility Criteria
For Msc Physics-
Essential subjects in Bachelor's Degree along with the minimum duration- Physics for at least two years/four semesters and Mathematics for at least one year/two semesters. If you’ve studied the essential subjects for a given duration of time, then you are eligible for the exam.

Final year students are eligible to apply for JAM 2022.They can appear for exam. But the proof of having passed the degree should be submitted before Sep30,2022.All the candidates admitted through JAM should have a bachelor's degree.And the minimum aggregate is about 55% for general or obc category.

Yes you apply for itt joint admission test ,jam eventhough you are bsc mathematics student. Any student who have completed degree with a minimum mark of 55% can apply for the examination .Ths subjects which are conducted for jam are chemistry, economics, geology, mathematics, mathematical science, physics and biotechnology.
