I am now going to prepare for IIT jam physics. But I dont know where to start. which is easy to start? and where to get study materials?

S. Saha Student Expert 7th Nov, 2019
The first step is to prepare a time table keeping in mind all the units and topics. Solving JAM 2020 physics sample papers will give you the necessary experience and confidence they will need on the day of the exam. You can also make small notes or  flashcards of important points and write down whatever feels hard to understand.
You can download JAM sample papers or previous years papers from the given link-

how many marks are required to get iit Indore through IIT jam exam and how much all India rank ?

Saurabh Siddharth 16th Dec, 2019

Hello Shaifali!!

In 2019, the cut off for getting admission in IIT,Indore for Metallurgy and materials science was about 14.2k. (lowest) for girls (general). This year, there is hike in reservation quota for girls. Nevertheless, the AIR would not go beyond 15-  16k. So, be in top 15000 for having admission into IIT Indore.

On observation of this year marks vs rank list, it was about 113 marks for 15 k AIR rank. Do better. Good luck.
