There is indeed a Masters Course in Biological Science that are offered at selected IITs across India. In order to pursue the same, the admission is done based on IIT JAM entrance examination that is conducted by the IITs for admission into their Masters courses of Non Technical branches of higher studies.
In 2020, the IIT JAM entrance exam would be conducted by IIT Kanpur and the exam will be organized in 6 subjects. The 6 subjects are as follows:

As per your requirement, i would say that as mentioned above your query, after qualifying the eligibility criteria and cut off you can get admission into your preferred collegr.
After clearing iit jam, during the course in college you need to study all the required subjects including maths if needed as prescribed by the college.
