Let me tell you that,the paper pattern for jee advanced is not fixed. It can be of any marks and in any format. So estimating marks is difficult task. But you can get civil engineering upto 7000 general rank. We cannot predict crossponding marks, as total marks varies

For preparing for JEE Mains and Advance you only require one set of books and that is NCERT Books. If you are from CBSE then no need to refer for any other resources, just be perfect with your NCERT textbooks. Thats more enough for getting good percentage
