You have a low chance of getting into NIT but you can still check for previous year cutoffs of NIT's on the following link

The elibility criteria for getting admission in IITs is minimum 75% aggregate marks in 12th board.or top 20 percentile.

In many state Level 12 board exam,the percentage doesn't reach so high and getting 75% is very difficult.

and remember,

there is no any 12th marks wise eligibilty criteria is defined for appearing in jEE main.

every one who has passed or going to give 12 exam can appear in JEE main.
